weekend creative

did you watch the oscars last night?  what did you think?  i loved seeing all the gowns, alec and steve were quite funny and i was really thrilled for kathryn bigelow!

my weekend sped by pretty fast.  but i did squeeze in a great hike in griffith park with my friend cait!i have to share a funny story with you from our oscar viewing party.  when barbra streisand came on stage to present best director, my friend remarked that you don't see her very often these days.  i commented that i see her every day - in the form of an ashtray with her likeness gifted to me a few years ago.  i use it as a doorstop.  here it is, ladies!  proof of my lovely babs memento!{images by me}
